Our Collection of Epiphyllum and Flowers - 2025
"Snowflake" Rhipsalis Robusta... flowers are small and resemble snow flakes and like snowflakes, no perfume.
The Cymbidium "Golden Moustache" was the first cymbidium to bloom this year.
"Betty White" seems to like January-February best to bloom. We are hoping for at least 4-6 weeks before she fades.
"Binky Pink" just getting started. Quite a showpiece we will have in a few weeks. Blooms last for many days.
"Queen of Tears" This bromeliad blooms 2-3 times per year. Like most bromeliads, just keep the cup full.
From the Van Manisouk collection, this epidendrum resembles spring lilacs and even has a bit of the lilac scent.
This Oncindium orchid, "Butterscotch" is like a mini version of our Yellow Tiger
Just getting started, this dendrobium orchid, "French Tip" will have about 30 blooms in the next few weeks.
This vibrant "Oxblood" Cymbidium makes a great cut flower that lasts for weeks.
This orchid produces multiple strands of flowers that resemble wine grapes just before they open.
Rhipsalis Floccosa, aka "Mistletoe" Cactus, an epiphytic flowering plant, not an epiplyllum.
Rather Puce in color with thick waxy petals. Blooms every other Spring.
Our first of the large epiphyllums to bloom again this year is "Broken Yolk."

The first of the big red epi's... Morning Star looks amazing in the sunshine but in the shade, a bit dull.
"Aubergine" is a zygopetalum orchid and she blooms once a year.
"Imbarazzato" Italian for embarrassed. Has rather blushing pink cheeks.

This bloom is similar to "Barbra" only smaller with muted colors. Likes a lot of sun.
A fresh cutting gift from Dean and Cris - Crown Jewel is large with brilliant colors.
"Big Red" a huge deep red amaryllis from 10 year old bulbs
The call me'Mellow Yellow'... quite rightly. A small size and profuse bloomer.
Large with colors resembling a lemon meringue pie. Yummy crust.
Striking colors with serrated petal edges.
What's yellow on the outside and white on the inside?
Deep orange with a ruby throat. Vibrant in the sun. Hard to differentiate from Morning Star.
Brilliant Red - Inner petals feathered in purple.
